Your Legal Consultation reserves a one-hour block: 45 minutes of one-on-one consultation time with me and up to 15 minutes at the end to wrap up and, if needed, help transition you to another attorney.

During your consultation, we will discuss your legal issue, answer your questions, identify your options, and develop a practical plan for what comes next.

I regularly advise Alabama residents regarding estate planning, elder law, probate and estates, special needs planning, real estate, contracts, insurance disputes, and general civil matters.

This appointment does not include document review. If you would like me to review a contract, will, trust, deed, court filing, or other legal documents, please schedule the Legal Consultation with Document Review instead.

I do not handle criminal law, bankruptcy, immigration, tax controversies, intellectual property, securities, divorce, custody, child support, adoption, juvenile matters, or other domestic-relations matters. I also do not provide legal advice regarding children or minors, except in connection with estate or special needs planning.

Legal Consultation with Document Review

Your Legal Consultation with Document Review reserves a two-hour block: up to 60 minutes for me to review your documents, 45 minutes of one-on-one consultation time, and up to 15 minutes at the end to wrap up and, if needed, help transition you to another attorney.

Once you schedule, you may email the documents you would like me to review to info@emilyyounglaw.com.

At the beginning of your appointment, we will briefly connect by video so I can make sure I understand what you would like me to review and what questions you need answered. I will then review your documents. When I am finished, I will rejoin you by video to discuss what I found, answer your questions, and help you understand your options and next steps.
